Looks are deceiving. Rooms are nice and quiet. Clean. Beds are very comfortable. Flat screens in the room with satellite TV. Very good price. Staff was super nice. Stay here if travelling. It's a lot better than what it looks like.

Hands down the sweetest people I ever ran into. It was my first time traveling alone for school and Kim made me feel very safe and comfortable. Yes the place is a little outdated but still livable. I stayed for 3 nights and everyday I got back to my room it was clean without me needing to ask like most places .breakfast by the way was really good too. Hands down the best place for the price

Don't believe the negative reviews got 2 rooms for My guys 127 and 128 and was clean and the people at front desk were friendly. Yes the office smells funny and it looks like a dive but for $53 a night it's clean and bug free

Floors were not super clean, a couple drops of urine left behind by a man under the toilet lid so no big deal at all to me. I pay particular attention to the floors because I am barefoot in a room. A little cleaning next to desser and next to nearly under bed would be nice. But aside from those LITTLE details the customer service was outstanding. It was quiet, my non smoking room smelled clean.A/C super cold! 😁👏👏. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again! 😄

I don't see why people are leaving negative comments. The lady care taker was very nice, we had clean bedding,towels and were comfortable. We appreciate the fact that it served as shelter from that hurricane recently an we thank you!

Seeing all these reviews not sure if upgrades been done since then, but my room was very clean, no smells, very quiet and comfortable. The A/C unit was ice cold. For 58 dollars out the door price was very well worth it. The staff was super nice and helpful. The only thing that I seen in the room that needed an upgrade was a new light between beds because the powet outlets didn't work on the light and bathroom ceiling fan busted. Overall a good experience, no issues that wouldn't make me stop back again.

I have been staying at my canopy Inn when I come to Ocala for the last 6+ years. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are exactly what you would expect for the price and it is a very peaceful atmosphere. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a reasonable motel. Plenty of parking
